My Story

Welcome, Mama! I’m so glad you stumbled into my corner of the internet.

When I first started thinking about the word “clueless,” I wondered if it sounded a bit too negative. But the truth is? It’s the absolute heart of why I’m here.

Being a “clueless mum” isn’t about lacking capability; it’s about that raw, completely honest starting line we all find ourselves on. When you are handed a tiny human, nobody hands you an instruction manual for the unique puzzle of your specific life. We all start out feeling a little lost. But being clueless is actually a superpower—because it forces us to get out there, ask the hard questions, lean on our village, and fiercely hunt down the answers we need. We don’t stay clueless; we grow, adapt, and step beautifully into our roles.

I’ve always been someone who loves to learn, dive deep into topics, and figure out how things work—and I guess my background in clinical microbiology and UX research reflects that lifelong curiosity. But becoming a parent has opened up a completely new chapter, one that is completely reshaping my identity.

In the beautiful, chaotic whirlwind of early motherhood, I needed a creative outlet. I needed a space for self-improvement, a way to let my creativity flourish during these hectic days, and honestly, a form of mental health support. Writing is how I process this shifting identity, and sharing what I discover is how I find my community (so please don’t hold back on commenting or reaching out to me!).

So, consider this space your ultimate cozy, research-backed library. I love doing deep dives into the logistics of our messy, wonderful life, combining personal experiences and honest trials with actionable ideas on:

  • Multilingual & Trilingual Parenting: The realistic, everyday logistics of passing down heritage languages and
  • Everything Travelling: Navigating big geographical shifts and exploring the world intentionally—at a stroller’s pace.
  • Nutrient-Dense Nutrition: Real, whole-food fuel for growing toddlers (and tired parents).
  • Purposeful Play: A curated library of low-prep, child-led home activities backed by childcare teacher insights, designed to ditch the toy overwhelm.

I don’t have it all figured out, but I am incredibly passionate about finding what works, asking the questions, and sharing what worked (and hasn’t worked). Let’s figure this out together, one slow step—and one language—at a time.

Grab a warm cup of coffee (or the one you’ve reheated three times), and let’s dive in!
